- Description: You can now adjust the current week, or mark it ready to invoice, before it closes — the client sees nothing until it does.

Until now, a week's hours could only be changed once the week was over. The morning after it ends, Prilet sends the client a summary and opens a 48-hour window, weekends and public holidays aside, for the consulting side to flag anything that doesn't match the schedule — an extra day, a day not worked. If you already knew on Wednesday that Friday wouldn't look like the plan, you had two options: remember it until the week closed and the window opened, or let it wait until you happened to be back at your desk that morning.

The current week now shows up in Hours Review before it's finished. Look under "This week" in Your Hours and you'll find it alongside the weeks that have already closed, open to the same adjustment form. Whatever you save there isn't sent anywhere yet — it's held, and the row says exactly when that changes: saved, goes out Monday, October 12\. At that moment it goes to the client as an ordinary adjustment request, exactly as if you'd submitted it that morning; the client sees nothing before then, and you can change or drop what you saved any time before it does. Move hours between days without changing the total and nothing goes to the client at all, the same as it's always worked for a closed week.

Wednesday added on Thursday. It reaches the client on Monday.

The other half of the wait was the window itself: a week with the right hours on it still had to sit out the full 48 hours, holding up whatever invoice depended on it, unless somebody pressed "Mark Ready to Invoice" after the week closed. You can now press that ahead of time, on the current week. It becomes ready to invoice the moment the week closes, with no window to sit out — and you can take the mark back, with "Unmark Ready", any time before then. Save an adjustment that changes the total after marking a week ready, and the mark comes off: a changed total has to reach the client first.

Managers get the same options for anyone on their team, from that person's page under Team, and so do admins. More on how a week moves from in progress to invoiced is in the [help center](https://prilet.com/help?ref=blog.prilet.com#bi-timeline).
