A calendar view of the roster now shows who is booked, who is free and who is away, week by week across the whole team, with the date each person is next unavailable. What managers can do.
Decide how each client pays you, separately
Payment settings used to apply to everyone at once — if one supplier was set to automatic payment, they all were. Each company you pay now carries its own default in Settings: which account it comes from, and whether it debits automatically or waits for you to act. Change one without touching the rest. This is the standing default; you can still override it for a single invoice at the moment you pay it.
